“Our regular spa services include: Infrared sauna, high-tech massage chair, level-5 tanning, Halo (salt booth) therapy, full-body red light therapy, hydration steam capsule. These are all included in the membership at no extra charge.

Our premium services include: hands-on massage therapy by a licensed massage therapist with 10+ years experience, Jet Plasma treatments, IV vitamin infusions, vitamin injections, individualized nutrition counseling with a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, medically assisted weight loss program using Semaglutide injections. We will be adding a full aesthetics menu mid-August. These premium services are not part of the regular membership services, but members always receive discounted pricing.”

“We have three membership levels to choose from. While you do not have to be a member to enjoy our services, our affordable membership options are the most budget friendly way to take advantage of all we have to offer.

Silver: $59 per month. Includes 1 regular spa service per day during regular business hours.

Gold: $79 per month. Includes 2 regular spa services per day during regular business hours.

Platinum: $99 per month. Includes 3 regular spa services per day during regular business hours.

Members always receive discounted pricing on premium services, as well as member only specials and discounts throughout the year.”

Who are the owners of MeTime Body Spa, and what is their background?
“Travis and Jennifer Potter are the passionate owners of MeTime Wellness Spa in Goodyear, AZ.

They acquired the spa in July 2021 with a vision to create a sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic health. Their mission is to help people restore their health and beauty, both inside and out.

Jennifer, known as “”The Midlife Medic,”” brings over 34 years of experience in the medical field to MeTime. Her journey includes 20 years as a paramedic, followed by certifications as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Specialist.

Jennifer’s personal health crisis in 2014 became a turning point, leading her to explore alternative healing methods and nutrition. Now in her 50s, she feels healthier than ever and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with others, especially those navigating midlife changes.

Travis, having spent most of his career in grocery and banking, took early retirement to pursue his dream of business ownership. Together with Jennifer, he now owns and operates MeTime Wellness Spa, combining his entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to promoting healthy living.

The Potters operate MeTime as a family-owned wellness center. They offer a range of services designed to help clients look and feel their best at any age.

Jennifer provides individual and group nutrition and lifestyle coaching, embodying her philosophy that “”Aging is a privilege, getting old is a choice!””

What are the business hours and VIP access hours for MeTime Body Spa?
“MeTime is open to the public Tuesday-Friday 10 AM – 6PM, and weekends 10-3.

VIP+ after hours access can be added to any membership for $15 per month. This gives the member access to the spa from 6am-10pm 7 days per week (including holidays).

*premium services are not available during VIP+ after hours access.”
